Check – Work related accidents
Under certain circumstances and in accordance with specific country’s law, recording and reporting accidents and ill-health at work is a legal requirement.
It requires employers, and other people who are in control of work premises, to report and keep records of:
• Work-related deaths.
• Specified serious injuries.
• Cases of diagnosed industrial disease.
• Certain dangerous occurrences’ (near miss incidents).
